My issue with my service provider is not being resolved. How can CCK help?

If you've already filed a complaint with your service provider and haven't received a satisfactory response within 7 days, you can file a complaint with CCK. Submit your complaint through our website, by email to complaints@cck.ki, by calling our Consumer Helpline at [phone number], or by visiting our office. Please include details of your complaint and any reference numbers from your provider.
