Who we are
The Communications Commission of Kiribati (CCK), formerly known as the Telecommunications Authority of Kiribati (TAK), was established under the Communications Act 2013. It has a mandate to regulate the national telecommunications market and create a fair and competitive environment that promotes innovation and benefits consumers.

The Commission is overseen by six commissioners who meet at least once a month to discuss matters of great importance pertaining to the organization's plans, challenges and opportunities.
